Contact Person

We recommend choosing the person who is tasked with purchasing to set up the account. If you are a chain of dispensaries with only one buyer you will need to make an account for each location, unless you are receiving orders to one central delivery location. The same person can be the contact for multiple locations. If the person in charge of ordering changes, you can update contact details in the “My Account” section of the website at any time.

Upload your BCLDB License 

Our registration form includes an attachment box for you to upload a copy of your BCLDB license. This must be uploaded simultaneously with completing the registration form for the information to be submitted.

Login Details

Once we confirm your registration details and add you to our system you will receive your username and password via email. Our system autogenerates this password. You can log in and update this at any time.

Note: Only one account will be registered per location. If you have multiple people responsible for ordering please share the login details with them.  




To access our BC DIRECT DELIVERY store you must log in with your unique username and password via You can do this by clicking “Login” at the top right-hand corner of our website. This will take you directly to our Shop page where all our available offerings and formats are shown.

Product Availability 

If the items are on the website, they are available to order. Any out-of-stock items will be marked. We cultivate craft, small-batch cannabis. This means, occasionally, some of our cultivars will be unavailable for purchase.

New Release Notification

When new products become available we will send out an email to registered dispensaries with all relevant product details. We will also do this to restock SKUs that have been out of stock for 4 weeks or more.

Make your selection 

Our website works like any online retailer. Peruse our options and add whatever catches your eye to your cart. Trust us, you can’t go wrong! You can view your cart at any time by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right corner of the site. Once you are ready hit “Check Out” and you will be taken to our payment options.

We ship orders on Tuesday and Thursday from our rural facility in the Kootenays.


The retailer assumes the cost of shipping. If you spend over $1500 shipping is free.


For your convenience we offer two carrier options for shipping – Canada Post and Purolator. Shipping choices will be provided to you on checkout with the pricing displayed for each option.


Once your order is on the way to you, we will send a notification and tracking number via email.



If your product arrives in a condition you feel is unsatisfactory, please reach out to with the following:

        1. Order Number
        2. Lot Number
        3. Photographic evidence of the issue
        4. A short description of the concern.

Unsatisfied Customers

We strive to produce some of the best quality cannabis on the market, but occasionally issues can still arise. If a customer returns to your store with any issue, ask them to contact directly. We will resolve their issue within 48 hours.
